Cancellation Procedure

At Viper Servers® LTD, we aim to provide the best service possible. However, if you wish to cancel your service, please follow the procedure below to ensure a smooth cancellation process.

1. Requesting Cancellation

To cancel your service, you must submit a formal cancellation request through one of the following methods:

  • Client Portal: Log into your account and submit a cancellation request.
  • Email: Send an email to admin.viperserversltd@viperservers.xyz with your account details and service cancellation request.
  • Support Ticket: Open a ticket through our support system with the subject “Service Cancellation Request.”

2. Notice Period

  • Clients must provide at least [Specify Notice Period, e.g., 7 Days] notice before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
  • Cancellations requested after the renewal date will be processed at the end of the billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for unused time.

3. Verification & Confirmation

  • Once we receive your request, our team will verify your account details for security purposes.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.

4. Data Backup Responsibility

  • It is the client’s responsibility to back up any important data before the cancellation is finalized.
  • Viper Servers® LTD is not responsible for any lost data after cancellation.

5. Refund Policy (If Applicable)

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy [Insert Link to Refund Policy if available].
  • Services that are non-refundable.

6. Immediate Termination Cases

Viper Servers® LTD reserves the right to immediately terminate services without refund if a client is found in violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

  • Abuse of services (DDoS, spam, illegal content, etc.).
  • Non-payment or fraudulent activity.
    If the owner of the hosting provider is invited and subsequently removed from a Discord server where the service is being hosted or operated, this may result in immediate service termination.

7. Final Steps

  • Once the cancellation is processed, all related services, files, and access will be permanently removed.
  • If you wish to reinstate your service after cancellation, you may need to place a new order and set up your service from scratch.
