1. Requesting Cancellation
To cancel your service, you must submit a formal cancellation request through one of the following methods:
- Client Portal: Log into your account and submit a cancellation request.
- Email: Send an email to admin.viperserversltd@viperservers.xyz with your account details and service cancellation request.
- Support Ticket: Open a ticket through our support system with the subject “Service Cancellation Request.”
2. Notice Period
- Clients must provide at least [Specify Notice Period, e.g., 7 Days] notice before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
- Cancellations requested after the renewal date will be processed at the end of the billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for unused time.
3. Verification & Confirmation

- You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
4. Data Backup Responsibility
- It is the client’s responsibility to back up any important data before the cancellation is finalized.
- Viper Servers® LTD is not responsible for any lost data after cancellation.
5. Refund Policy (If Applicable)

6. Immediate Termination Cases
Viper Servers® LTD reserves the right to immediately terminate services without refund if a client is found in violation of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to:
- Abuse of services (DDoS, spam, illegal content, etc.).
- Non-payment or fraudulent activity.
If the owner of the hosting provider is invited and subsequently removed from a Discord server where the service is being hosted or operated, this may result in immediate service termination.
7. Final Steps
- Once the cancellation is processed, all related services, files, and access will be permanently removed.
- If you wish to reinstate your service after cancellation, you may need to place a new order and set up your service from scratch.
